comprei takes second place at GPTW "Best Workplaces for Women 2025"

It is with great pleasure and noticeable pride that we announce that comprei-Reinraum-Handel und Schulungs GmbH has been awarded an outstanding second place in the overall ranking for Austria in the current "Best Workplaces for Women 2025" evaluation by the renowned Great Place to Work (GPTW) institute.

This result is particularly remarkable as this is only the second time comprei has taken part in this competition and has already achieved such an outstanding ranking.

"We don't just talk about our 'work-life balance philosophy', we live it: Flexible working hours and working from home help enormously in balancing children, family and career. In addition, we have a fair and transparent salary structure so that women really do earn the same as men," says Angelika Hassler, who holds a management position in the cleanroom services division at comprei. In this way, we at comprei promote the active participation of all employees, regardless of gender or personal background.

Diversity and managers

Anti-discrimination guidelines and diversity workshops for managers, which ensure respectful interaction, are also particularly important to us. Our former HR management is now called "People-Culture-Structure and Feel-Good-Management" because it shows that we focus on people.

In this context, we would like to thank the women in the company, without whose commitment, innovative spirit and courage a success of this magnitude would not be possible.

The top ranking in the "Best Workplaces for Women 2025" confirms our efforts to continuously improve the framework conditions for our female employees. Those who take parental leave remain involved and find the best conditions when they return to work. At the same time, we have expanded our internal coaching offer so that everyone has the opportunity to develop further and fully exploit their personal potential.

We at comprei have already defined clear goals for the coming years: We are increasingly focusing on hybrid forms of work and are introducing further flexible working time models to ensure that professional challenges remain in harmony with private life. In addition, we want to specifically recruit even more women for management roles in the cleanroom sector in order to consolidate our culture of equality. The award we have received fills us with joy and gratitude - and it obliges us to continue at this level.
