The right clothing has a significant influence on maintaining cleanliness in cleanrooms. This provides both a barrier and a filter function. The operator generates particles through movement in the cleanroom. This is the origin of the saying: humans are particle generators. There are two ways to minimize this effect:
1) Training employees to behave correctly in the cleanroom(we will be happy to help you with this) and

There are disposable and reusable cleanroom garments on the market. Both areas have their raison d'être. We at comprei have specialized in the disposable sector. We leave the area of reusable garments to the "reprocessors", as it involves a considerable logistical effort to provide the garments in sufficient quantity and quality at the place of use when required. We are happy to assist you with an objective comparison. Reusable clothing does not always make economic and ecological sense.
One aspect that has an important influence on the cleanroom suitability of garments is the selection of raw materials, production environment, transportation and storage of the articles. Considering the total surface area of garments (e.g. hoods, hairnets, gowns, etc.) that are brought into the cleanroom every day, special attention should be paid to these items. Not every disposable item is automatically cleanroom-compatible. We will be happy to provide you with documentation for selected products covering the entire production chain.
For easier orientation, we have broken down the garments into two areas of application: Garments for the microbiologically controlled cleanroom and for the technical cleanroom.
Our products for the microbiologically controlled area, also known as the GMP or pharmaceutical area, meet the strictest requirements in cleanrooms with maximum sterility. The head is the most important asset in any cleanroom environment as it is often above the critical areas in the laminar flow. Our head coverings, such as hoods, masks and goggles, are made from high-quality materials to ensure maximum protection and comfort. Wearing comfort increases employee acceptance. One example of this is cleanroom-compatible goggles; there are many goggles labeled "anti-fog". But not all of them meet this criterion with flying colors.
