The training module takes place at your location. Your employees do not have to travel, you save working time and costs. Your production continues unhindered. Alternatively, we can invite you to one of our training centers, including a clean room.

Mindset and skillset for key moments in the cleanroom are sharpened.

Examples of key moments and learning objectives:

• After the training measure, your employees' awareness of appropriate behavior and cleaning/disinfection in the cleanroom and at the safety cabinet is heightened.
• The background to zone concepts and rules of conduct are better understood, resulting in increased motivation to implement the SOPs on a daily basis.
• The skills required for this are developed together and practiced with each individual participant.
• Train the aseptic donning of cleanroom gloves and garments in groups of a maximum of 12 participants. Check and optimize the effectiveness of your cleaning techniques.

Background

The interactive training supports the ongoing sensitization of employees in the patient-specific preparation of medicines (cytostatics, parenteral nutrition, etc.).
