As part of its ongoing quality development program, comprei organized and conducted a high-quality train-the-trainer seminar entitled "Presenting and informing in a personally convincing manner. "
The training was aimed at internal learning facilitators and long-standing external speakers—comprei's valuable partners in knowledge transfer. The goal was to further develop personal impact, authenticity, and communication skills in training practice.
In addition to receiving sound input on presentation techniques and stage presence, participants were able to reflect specifically on their own strengths and areas for development. Video analyses were used to visualize individual performances and improve them directly.
Interactive reflection sessions also focused on dealing with objections and challenging training situations. This resulted in practical solutions that provide trainers with valuable strategies for their daily training work.
There was also plenty of fun to be had: the seminar day in the inspiring atmosphere of Hernstein Castle promoted team spirit and noticeably brought internal and external trainers closer together. At the end of the day, it was clear that this camaraderie forms a strong foundation for future learners to feel even more comfortable and concentrate fully on their training content.
A three-minute video captures the impressions of the day—a vivid testimony to enthusiasm, joy of learning, and the shared commitment to imparting knowledge at the highest level.
The Train-the-Trainer seminar is part of comprei's comprehensive quality concept. It is based on ISO 21001 certification, the international management standard for learning service providers. This guarantees that learning processes, organizational structures, and quality management in continuing education at comprei are systematic, transparent, and designed in accordance with recognized standards.
Furthermore, comprei is also certified according to ISO 29993 —the standard for learning services outside formal educational institutions. This confirms that comprei understands learning as a clearly structured, results-oriented, and sustainable process.
